What is HVO fuel?
HVO fuel stands for Hydrotreated Vegetable Oil (HVO) and is a 100% renewable white diesel and red diesel drop-in alternative, which provides a sustainable, cleaner way of powering your commercial fleet, on and off road.
Suitable for use in All diesel engines, HVO is one of cleanest burning fuels on the market and offers an instant reduction of up to 90% of net CO2, and significantly reduces nitrogen oxide, particulate matter and carbon monoxide, without the need for any changes to engine infrastructure or machinery.
Produced from 100% renewable and sustainable waste vegetable oils, grease wastes, or residues from the food and agriculture industry, Prince Energy’s HVO is fossil-free, FAME (Fatty acid methyl ester) free and virtually sulphur free.
